OSPREY TALON UHD-SC ENCODER

The Osprey encoder supports input up to 3840 x 2160 (UHD) 60fps
via a 12G-SDI input, as well as output via USB 3.1 Gen 1, NVME, or via network storage for archiving.

There's also a 12G-SDI loop-out for previewing your videos. The encoder supports simultaneous streaming and archiving of the stream to a hardware or network drive.

This professional encoder supports up to 10-bit 4:2:2 color depth, deinterlacing, upscale and downscale, frame rate conversion, H.265/HEVC and H.264/MPEG-4/AVC encoding, sixteen channels of AAC-LC audio over SDI. You can stream video over the Gigabit Ethernet port using various protocols such as RTMP, RTSP, RTP, and UDP, and it supports a range of CDN integrations. You can store MP4 and TS files via the USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-A output and Ethernet port, and it supports NVME archiving via a separately available drive.

The encoder also supports the secure, reliable SRT transport protocol with multiple security features, remote firmware upgrade, embedded closed captioning, a JSON REST API, and password protection. A status display shows the device's current settings, and status LEDs indicate active ports. It features a fanless design and includes a lockable power jack.
